There are about 10 acres of pasture where livestock can be kept. Fencing would have to be improved however. The barn has some space for livestock but main barn is leased at the moment. The barn has it’s own spring.

There are a couple of acres available for fruits, vegetables, etc. and is located in a valley that is quite mild with lots of sun. Milkhouse is available for water and washing up.
Sugarbush
The sugarbush has over 200 taps and is on a hill so pipelines could be connected to run down to the main road.
Forest
The 70-acre forest is in the current use program and the forester is making a new plan for 2017. However, 17 acres are exempt from current use and there is plenty of firewood available in the whole forest.
Cabin
Simple one-bedroom-cabin is available as part of any lease or rent-to-own situation for above 4 options.
