Originally settled in 1871 as part of the Swedish Colony as a potato farm. It is 1/2 mile sq, with roads on 3 sides. About 130 acres are tillable an there is a mature woodlot with maple trees. Fantastic 360 view from field. We have been certified organic since 2001. Farm has been chemical free for over 25 years. There is a new heavy use area (100 x 75) and manure storage (75 x 75). We have been raising organic Scottish Highland beef cattle and hogs as well as hay and small grains. We also have been leasing another 200 acres for pasture and hay.
