5-7 acres of farmland for lease in Southeastern Vermont (Windham County). Terms negotiable.  3 acres are in diversified veggies and have been grazed with chickens and turkeys for the past 2 years. Another 2 acres are good pasture, but not suitable for cultivation and another 2 acres is undeveloped but tillable. Farmers have been following strict organic standards, but are not certified. Purchasing records could be provided if desired. Soil is excellent loam with almost no rocks and has been heavily fertilized over the past two years. The land features small barn space, good water (75gpm), and the potential to purchase some infrastructure including a farmstand and wash station, irrigation pipeline, small tractor, and/or 20x50' Ledgewood hoophouse. Large farmhouse (4000 sq ft) may also be available (1 May 2013)  for annual lease (renewable).   Land is available for cultivation beginning in 2013.
