Additional Information

Hi folks,

The property is 15 acres. Great location, 40 min outside of Boston. We cleared 5 acres of pine forest in 2020(stumped). We're in the early stages of establishing pasture(seeded 2-3 acres in 2021) and Seeding another 2 - 3 acres for a silvopasture this Spring. A good fit is for someone with small volumes of livestock(sheep, goats, maybe cows) that would be using rotational grazing techniques. I'm really looking for a partnership where I provide the land and the farmer would help me improve the soil and overall land. We also have a decent amount of forest space which would be great for pigs. I would be willing to discuss having  1/2 - 1 acre of land for gardens if desired.

Feel free to call me and set up a time to talk and see the land.
