This property is unbuildable for more structures as of now from the town because the property does not abut a public road, but an application can be made for a common driveway. There is also the foundation for a chicken coop to the right of the barn in the front view of property. This property has not been seriously farmed since 1962, other than a small vegetable garden.

Easement details

The beginning of the long driveway is owned by the immediate neighbors, but on their deed it states that this property has ingress and egress rights. There is 90 acres that has been recently bought to preserve it. The owner does not plan on doing anything with it, and leaves my property even more secluded.

Additional Information

The house visible in pictures has a new roof and new plumbing.   There is no noise or light pollution at this property.   This property is surrounded by an acre and half of cleared land and the forest line secludes this property.   There are a lot of maple trees in the forest area, but none of the trees are good for lumber, I've been told.   This was my childhood home.   You cannot see your neighbors when there are leaves on the trees.    The property is currently rented to a family member on a short term basis, but they are willing to leave immediately at the sale.   The Appalachian trail is 2 miles from this property.   You are 1 mile from a public route, and there are many famous and historical landmarks within 20 miles of this property.
