Additional Information
In search of 3 farms each with a 2000 sqft standing building/ barn of indoor space to host our education center. Each location contract set up will be a long-term lease/rent or Lease-to-own option, also open to other financial arrangements. Minimum monthly lease budget is $2,500 and up depending on type of building.
Standing building with electricity: if in need of renovation, ie: insulation, plumbing, we can work with you. For example: we can build an Outhouse for Bathroom use.
In addition to hosting our education center, we are here to provide ongoing volunteer farm maintenance, assisting Farmers in the following: Gardening, Animal Care, Composting and open to other proposals. Including risk waivers to protect all.
Ideal locations: Farthest WEST is Williamsburg and Westhampton to farthest NORTH is Whately to Cushman, farthest EAST- borderline of Belchertown and Grandby to farthest SOUTH is Holyoke Highlands.
We also have access to grants that turn asphalt/parking lots into playscapes/natural landscapes. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Operation hours are September to June 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Tuesday through Friday, with potential/consideration to operate a fifth day. Following the public-school calendar, we're closed on major holidays.
