Additional Information

Hello! I am a farmer with an agriculture degree and 15 years of diverse experience under my belt. After running my own farm with a partner, I am now looking for a place to call my own where I can homestead and create a small scale farm business (likely growing high value specialty crops like seed garlic, log grown shiitake mushrooms, or tulips). I am hoping to find a property with at least 5 open acres and some wooded land, with a dwelling already on site. Ideally this land would not have flooded during Irene or the most recent storm in 2023.
