We would like to start with a one-year trial lease, but after that are open to longer-term arrangements. Open to negotiation on rental rates - primary goal is to keep the land maintained and in agricultural use for current use taxes (61A).
Additional Information

Description

This family farm used to produce vegetables, and had a farm stand.  It has now fallen out of use (except for one tenant on a few acres, not included in this posting), and we are looking for a farmer to use the property and help us keep it managed.  

We are open to multiple enterprises, though have a preference for vegetables or possibly cattle (due to infrastructure limitations). We are not interested in cannabis or hemp on this land.  Could be additional acreage for an established farmer, but we are also happy to see someone farm it and utilize the property for a farmstand, CSA, etc.  

There are currently about 10 acres open for a new additional tenant, with the possibility of 5 more acres after some clearing is done (by landowner) to remove saplings and scrub.

The property's next-door neighbor has apartments for rent.  She would of course need to do her own interview and vetting, but it means there is possibly adjacent housing available for a farmer (or farming couple) who need it.
