Additional Information

Description

We bought this property with the intention start a market farm. However, I am now managing a large farm in Stonington and do not have the time to start a home farm. The land has open, flat meadows suitable for pasture or cultivation. We have water, a greenhouse, shed, and reefer box ready to be converted to a walk in cooler. The soil should be amended. However, after the last two years on the property, the fields remain dry and lush for the growing season. With increasing drought, access to water will be a benefit. We are a part of the local farming community and can help a new farmer get started. We are just 2.5 miles from downtown Mystic.
