Additional Information

Property in the same family for 150 years. There are two fields that were previously under cultivation, but have not been for many years. There is a beautiful large pond that is connected to Sin and Flesh Brook. Long private driveway. The property is secluded from adjacent developments.

The barn is three stories and previously was used as a small stable for horses. The chicken coop was built around World War II, but has not been used for sometime. Lots of trees on the property, so would require some work, but the fields are beautiful and secluded. Various abandoned/collapsed structures on the property too -- old cider press foundation, ice house, garage.
