Additional Information

Old farm on Peacham Rd between Peacham and Danville that most recently had cows and sheep. I'm looking for an arrangement where the barn and land are used productively. I think the place is best set-up for livestock, but I would be open to arrangements that included plan for tilling/crops. There is a small and cozy guest house with two floors, bathroom and small kitchen area that could be rented/used.
