Additional Information

Description

We were a licensed artisanal cheese dairy and horse-rescue facility.  Rambling 4-bed/2-bath farmhouse of around 3000 sqft with a post-and-beam living room, a maple and granite kitchen, and an attached insulated 16 x 36 workshop (used for woodwork).  Barns and sheds, hoop-house barn, grass training arena, run-in shed, 2 stalls, flat productive soils all ring-fenced with 7-strand hi-tensile aluminum (good for sheep/goat and horse), and a 24 x 32 cheese-plant that includes a farm-shop (good road frontage on Rt 100) and has an apartment upstairs (used for interns).  Granville has school choice for all grades- ours went to Warren and Harwood (and Granville Village School-sadly no more).  Both the Mad River Valley and Middlebury area are within a half-hour drive. We currently live in Italy, but will be back at the start of May for viewings.
