Hi. We have roughly 10 acres of open field ready to be tilled and planted. It is in a remote area but very accessible. Looking for someone who wants to primarily plant crops that don't need much water (amaranth, corn, etc). Needs to be cultivated, but is very flat and open. Some rocks in the soil, but it is New England so not a surprise :)

Very open to someone who wants to plant the land at no charge. We would like to have some say into what is grown, but of course will be very flexible.
Additional Information

Hi Everyone.  My name is John and I have 1200 acres of land along the Vermont border but in Massachusetts North on the 91.  Most of the land is forest, but we have 10 acres of flat and arable land at the top of one of our hills.  We have seeded it with some perennials without much work have come up beautifully over the past few weeks.  The land has some rocks (sorry not a farmer so hard to measure the volume of rocks or what the expectation is in this area), but we know stuff can grow on it!  Anyhow, there is a large barn which can be used which is very close to the land, but there is no running water currently or housing for a farmer.  We stay in a trailer while we are up there.  So we are looking for someone to make use of the land and are very flexible on the arrangements.  Just want someone who will treat the land and our property with respect and care.  Also, we don't have any equipment so one will need to bring one's own.  Only caveat to the arrangement is that we would like to have some say in what is planted, but very flexible.  Please contact if interested and happy to answer questions.  This land is free of charge btw.
