Description

Birdhous was founded with the mission to help ensure the future of farming is ethical, sustainable, and /delicious/

We've offered this land and living space seasonally to young aspiring farmers... by the bedroom... since 2017. In an effort to simplify dynamics and maximize long term philanthropic impact, the 3/1 "hous" and some of our best fields are now being offered for long* term lease as one private unit.

We offer an initial lease for immediate occupancy through September 30, 2023.

*It is our goal to remain a launching pad for farm businesses, letting this land be shared and serve as a revolving door for opportunity and innovation as a co-working landscape. We are open to resigning as far as through September of 2025, following a copasetic and fruitful first year. Arrangements beyond this timeframe and involving equity in the land are entirely possible, but unlikely to involve continued residency in the main farm hous !
