Bradley Farm was established in 1762. I bought it three years ago. I have always wanted to farm. I realize now that it is too much for me. I have six children and almost 17 grandchildren and want to spend more time with them. I have renovated and fixed everything, new roofs, septic, electrical, heating systems, etc etc.
It has a functioning store/cafe and a CSA area. expanded parking lot.
A full orchard, acre of blueberries and new rows planted. A quarter acre of raspberries, gogi berries, nut trees, a huge no till perennial flower garden, several rows of asparagus and strawberries, plastic and equipment for sowing seeds and a full inventory of shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, carts etc.
New doors windows, etc everywhere needed. upgraded electrical, plumbing. The chicken house has frost free water system, and easy to manage, we have two chicken tractors.
Most importantly we have used ALL ORGANIC MEANS and cover crops each fall and removed most of the rocks from the fields.
We are in the process of installing solar that will pay for all the electrical for the farm store, greenhouses, storage building and the barn and chicken house.
This is a great opportunity with income sources for someone who wants to get in and set up and operational with not have to worry about all the other stuff they will need. I want to either sell or lease so that I can recoup most of my resources over time.
