Additional Information

Description

We've farmed in Blanchard for about 40 years. Selling because we want to retire. We have raised Herefords, Fallow deer, and buffalo here on the farm. We have restored fields, and built barns. We are extremely active in soil and water conservation, and have implemented those practices on the land. We built the farm into one that thousands of people have visited over the years whether on tours, school groups, church groups, Scouting, home schoolers, Soil and Water Conservation camp, and Maple Sugar seminars, they have all used our farm for agriculture education. We would love to see some sort of agriculture continue here on the farm. We'd like to find someone who values the land and this way of life the way we do.
