C&C Reading Farm is looking for an exceptional farm agricultural manager to acquire this property and maintain a reputable businesses in the town of West Bridgewater, MA.

History dates back 1660's-12 generations of Haywards. One of the oldest farms in the nation. Old Hayward Dairy Farm dating back to 1660. C&C Reading Farm was originally formed as Grandpa Tom's Farm Stand in the 1970's by Jeannette and Tom Reading of Pembroke, MA.  After being released from the army, Peter Reading joined his parents at the family business. In 2001 the business was moved to Plympton, MA as Billingsgage Farm. In 2014 the business expanded to a 73.92 acre lot in West Bridgewater which Peter purchased with his wife Lynn Reading in 2014 they renamed the business C&C Reading Farm and closed Plympton location.

Despite Covid and unusual weather conditions over the past several years Farmer Pete and Miss Lynn have decided to retire. They have both enjoyed serving the community and providing farm fresh food and homegrown fun to the residents. They hope to see a future farmer or currently established business continue to provide quality fresh produce to the South Shore.
