Additional Information

The land is located on a dead end road and is not listed in the landuse program. Approx 50% of the land is on a hill or rolling field. Landowner does not live in town. Since I am representing the two owners I will have to contact them before making any major decision for approval. I believe that beans, carrots, beets, swiss chard among many would be great for growing on the land which was not treated chemically for at least 30+ years (approx 50% of the land). The land would be suited for sheep, goats for grazing, corn for farming, basically pretty much unlimited use. Owners are eager to find someone to make use of the land. I will be more than happy to meet with you on the property to discuss your needs.
