Additional Information

The property is currently enrolled in the Current Use program.  The local family that has been haying the 15 acres of pasture cannot do it any longer.  We are open to any kind of farming or agriculture that would allow us to maintain the current use status.  We will support any farmer who wants to get involved by being flexible with arrangements for use of the barn, etc.  We would like to have an agreement in place within 30 days...
