I am looking for a partner that can help us manage the farm, that could also run their own business. I am flexible on how this could work. Ideally, I would find a farmer looking for land and infrastructure that was willing to trade labor for access to that land and infrastructure.

Additional Information

We have been raising livestock for our meat CSA, farm store sales, and farmers market sales since 2010.  We have grown to a size where we need more help.  Our land is best used for livestock as we have a lot of rocks, clay, and ledge.  We have successfully raised pigs, chickens, turkeys, and sheep on our property over the years.

I'd like to find a farmer who is looking to raise their own livestock and help grow our farm.  I am hoping to exchange labor for access to our infrastructure.  I am open to ideas on how to make this work. I'd like to make a plan for the 2023 growing season and then evaluate going forward.

You must have farm experience and a valid driver's license.  There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
