Additional Information

Five (5) acres of farmland that is currently undeveloped.  The property has not been used for any agriculatural purposes for 60 years.  We simply mow it a couple of times a year to keep it as open land, the prior owners did the same thing.

This land could be certified as organic.  Soil classification is fine sandy loam.

The land is gently sloping and south facing.  The smaller field closest to the road tends to stay wet well into the spring.  There are no outbuildings, fences, or other improvments on the property.

Bring your ideas and let us know what you would do with the land if given a chance.  Willing to work with the right individual or team if your proposal is in both of our best interests.

Thanks for your interest!
