Description

We purchased the property four years ago to turn an old flower nursery into a working farm again.  The property includes a 3 bedroom/ 2 full bathroom home, a studio cottage with a full kitchen and bath and separate washer and dryer, a brand new large shed (16x20), a 30x90ft greenhouse with fans/vents and a 250,000 BTU modine (not hooked up to propane currently), and a 25x60ft greenhouse frame (ready to be wrapped or taken down to use the space for another purpose), and full well irrigation for the grounds and greenhouse needs.

The land has a two permaculture hills for growing, and areas are currently being prepared for setting up rows for planting with tarps and wood chips for strengthening the soil quality.  There are some apple, cherry and pear trees planted last year that will be wonderful to have in years to come.

The well irrigation is set up with boxes throughout the yard, and inground pop-up sprinkler heads for the front lawn.

This year we tapped 20 maple trees on the propety and made delicious maple syrup.
