Property is being sold for 195,000.00. This is what I bought it for 14 years ago, it is currently valued at $225,000.00. I have already tried using a lease to own agreement but it was not successful so I would prefer to sell it through traditional means. There are issues with a deposit for an off grid home in VT but there is an organization able to help with that part of the financing.

Type "Haystack Mountain Pawlet VT 05761" into the search box. In the lower left corner you will see a field (corn field in the summer) and a driveway that appears to come out of it.
 This is the correct location for 3341 VT RT 30 Pawlet 05761. For the best view you will have to exit the street view and use the dial to navigate around.

Personally I think the property would work best with a mix of farming activities.
