Standard Land lease costs per acre apply: $150.00 per acre for the season with family willing to discuss establishing and co - funding tunnel or greehouse expansions based on level of interest by farmer to establish more of a year round grow due to the short season in Maine. Land could host a good size greenhouse alongside a large rectangular field area 100' x 36' for outdoor growing.

Farmhouse Lease terms: Off Season - Nine month leasing terms are entertained at this time for discussion starting at a suggested $2,700.00 per month. See previously mentioned allowances. Tenant will be offered a right of first refusal to return in the Fall to resume role in developing property out for the farming community.
