The Historic O'Neil Farm is a nonprofit which owns the farm.  The farm is currently a dairy farm and is the oldest such farm in the area.  The current farmer, and former owner of the property is retiring but will continue living on the property.  A small portion of the farm may be set aside for his use, not to exceed 5 acres.  Please see the RFP for further description of this unique opportunity.
