Property for sale

3.7 acres with sweet smelling wildflowers in the summer, beautiful fall orange and red colors, and crunchy white snow in the winter and then bright bursting green leaves in the spring. The property has a babbling brook, pasture, forest, apple trees and raspberry bushes. The house is on top of a hill with lots of light and beautiful views of the forest and hills! This is a beautiful quiet space in the country where you can hear birds sing, the brook run and see the Milky Way at night! Price is negotiable for the sale of house and land for co-ownership with me in the co-housing community. The co-ownership with the right person or people is my preference. Depending on the number of owners, it would start at half the asking price of $179,000 (which would be $89,500) for one additional owner plus myself. If there are more owners, the price would be less. Price for sale of house and land to a new owner outright is $179,000.
Additional Information

Vanadurga means in sanskrit a refuge from difficulties in the forest. I live at Vanadurga in central Vermont and envision it as a co-housing community which is a healing sanctuary, yoga, writing and arts space with an organic farm. We would welcome guests for yoga classes, writing and arts conferences.
I am looking for like-minded people to help me with this venture through co-housing or setting up a company. Vanadurga has tremendous potential to become a wonderful place for healing and creativity in these troubled times. I hope you will help me with this exciting project! I would like to build guest yurts and tipis to offer quiet space for people to grow and enjoy healing foods, think, meditate and create!
It is a beautiful piece of property, with sweet smelling wildflowers during summer days and views of vast starry skies at night. The property has a babbling brook,  pasture, forest, apple trees, berry bushes. There are many healing herbs, trees and flowers on the property.  It could work beautifully in permaculture with an ecosystem of bees, apple trees as well as other fruits and vegetables and possibly small animals. Hemp is a possibility as are medicinal herbs and wildcrafted herbs and mushrooms.
