Additional Information

My wife and I work off the farm and need someone or someones to farm the land.  This is a beautiful valley farm and it has been very productive land in the past. We have two horses and a small flock of layers and a couple dozen guinea fowl.  We are open to a small herd of beef, goats, sheep or ?? vegetables, crops etc. Cabin/tiny house is mobile so can be situated near power source or more remote for a rustic experience.  Composting outhouse also available and portable. Lots of options.
We are mainly interested in keeping the land productive and getting some help in the maintenance of the barns and fences.  Carpentry experience would be a plus.
We would rent with a discount for a determined number of hours of work per month.
Monkton is a small community situated  equidistant from Middlebury and Burlington.
