Additional Information

The farm is a 7.1 acre parcel with some wetlands. It is a small certified organic farm with a well and power on site. Of the 7.1 acres, 2.5 are tillable due to surrounding wet areas. The farmer has a csa, road side stand, a local farmers market and restaurants that she provides produce for. There are no trees on the farm and it has great sun exposure. The chicken coop and metal buildings are negotiable as well. Land does not perc so any leach field is out of the question though the farmer had an electric toilet for the farm hands.
