Current access to the property is walking through the neighbor's property. I would prefer a good portion of the trees stay.
I am looking for someone who is willing to do terraced gardening. The property has a heavy incline with small level spots here and there. One portion of the property is suspected to have an underground spring. I am ok with small improvements to the property with permission of course.
I am also willing to lease smaller portions of the property to multiple people. Similar to a community garden.
