Soil analysis were done by UVM in 2018.

Quality of land:  The land was previously farmed but was abandoned in the 60's and has not been farmed since. There has been no chemicals on the property for over 50 years. Soil analysis were done in 2018. According to the Web Soil Maps the soil is Peru-Marlow Sandy Loam. About 5 acres of the tillable soil has a 10-15% grade. There is a drilled well onsite that can produce 25 GPM and a 500,000 gallon, spring fed pond with a 10GPM overflow. There is a 3,000 s.f. barn with water and electricity.
