The property is registered with the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets to grow and process industrial hemp.

The land was formarly used for farming but has not been farmed for over 50 years. Therfore, there are no chemicals on the land.

Soil analysis were done by UVM in 2018.

There is a 3,000 sf barn with water and electricity.

There is a drilled well and 500,000 gallon pond onsite.

Onsite parking is avalable for customers and farm workers.

Quality of land:  The land was previously farmed but was abandoned in the 60's and has not been farmed since. There has been no chemicals on the property for over 50 years. Soil analysis were done in 2018. According to the Web Soil Maps the soil is Peru-Marlow Sandy Loam. About 5 acres of the tillable soil has a 10-15% grade. There is a drilled well onsite that can produce 25 GPM and a 500,000 gallon, spring fed pond with a 10GPM overflow. There is a 3,000 s.f. barn with water and electricity.
