This property includes 96 conserved acres with Vermont Land Trust, with all buildings. This parcel could be purchased separate from the remaining 150 acres. Owners would be willing to put remaining 150 acres into conservation continent with the purchase of the existing conserved land. We would be willing to lease the 150 acre parcel with the option to buy. Property has been certified Organic since 2004, and Organic would consider providing a market on this farm until at least November of 2022. There are 25 acres of permenant pastures--all the infrastucture including lanes, waterlines, perimeter  fencing on 100 acres and another 75 acres, temporary fences can be installed easily. This allows this acreage to be used as pasture or crops depending on the need or the season. There is also access to the lake for irrigation if needed. There are also 40 acres continuous to this property that have been rented in the past with the option to continue. Acess to all land does not require traveling on any State Highways. The conserved land with the buildings has potential to be set up as a diversified farm. Owners would consider this option.
