Additional Information

Description

The secluded 30 acres of private property is flat, some wetlands and the water company abuts the parcel.  It is a residental area and we have had soil testing done.  There are 3 aprons on the property 2 on Resevior Road, and one on Roast Meat Hill Road.   It is a perfect rectangle with a pond and a River that leads into Long Island Sound.

We named it "Jack B Coy" since we love Jack Russells, B for Berkun, and Coy for a KOI pond...then again Jack Russell Terriers are quite Coy.

Due to health issues and unforseen circumstances we cannot keep up with the maintencane, and it's so fruitful that it should yeild a great harvest of crops.  We would like to utilize the property for farming to keep it active, fertile and lucrative.
