Additional Information

Farm was purchased 10 years ago and has hosted a pature raised livestock operation in the past. A multi-variety 65-tree apple orchard has been established, about 15 acres of fields have been cleared and are growing cover crops and hay. The balance of the property is being managed as a wildlife refuge with habitat for deer, moose, bear, woodcock and turkey.

There are currently two rental cottages on the property. One is a guest cottage that is a reconstructed barn that was moved to the property and erected over a full basement. This is a very nice and unique place that currently leases for ~$1,500/month and another cottage built in 2013 that is approximately 1,100 sqft and rents for ~$1,300/month.

This is a blank slate opportunity for an experienced farm manager to apply their knowledge in farm architecture and planning to setup a first-class farming operation with a mix of crops and livestock. The owner will provide resources to build the infrastructure needed (fencing, irrigation, etc) while supplying the necessary tools and equipment. The tenant will maintain the property and design and build and work on a great farm.
