5-8 acres for grazing. This land is made up of two meadows, one above the other, both accessible by regular vehicle very easily. These have been left wild for many decades, brushhogged once a year for maintenance. No infrastructure at all. Tenant would have to install fencing and any other necessary items. Both meadows can be connected via a mild slope that curently has basic pine trees, but there used to be an access path for tractors which could be reactivated, or a long old access road that travels through older growth forest. Animals that can climb the slope would just need a few younger pine trees cut. I am open to a barter agreement, or basic compensation to cover property taxes. I am more interested in seeing it put to good use.
