  • Property for lease

Property for lease

Short or long term lease to be discussed with a submission of a farm/garden plan. I also hope to create a 501c3EZ arrangement so that the property can be used for educational purposes for schools and communities.

Additional Information

I do not have a soils map but I am situated on a large lateral glacial moraine with sandy loam soil over laterally stacked sand and gravel beds with virtually no rocks and have never unearthed anything larger than a softball in over 15 years.  I also own 57 acres of fields (25) and forest (32) with a pond and outbulidings but no house (aka Gillespie AIrfield) in Meddybemps ME that I would like to see a farm family on.  Will support building a house to some degree.  You can learn more about me at     Philip Browne
