Owner is a retired science educator, science consultant, NOFA-NH education committee member who feels society survival is keyed to more people becoming farmer/gardeners.  To that end would like to develop a plan that would allow for the creation of a 501c3EZ that does both organic food production and provides educational opportunities for K-12 students and adults in gardening/farming, renewable energy production, forestry practice, bee keeping and ...

The leasee would get some payment for helping to teach and prep for the programs from donations and fees from the 501c3EZ (limited to $50K/year).
