Additional Information

Started in 1955, by Eugene Swanson, Swanson Blueberries was a labor of love for Mr Swanson.  Sadly, none of his children have followed in his farming footsteps, and it would be a shame to see another Farm permanently go out of business and undoubtedly have some new McMillionaire build another mansion with a view on this property.

The farm hasn't been tended to in almost 10 years, but still produces some blueberries, apples, peaches and other assorted fruits in limited quantities each year. The land is sloped twards Baldwin Hill Rd and provides exceptional drainage against heavy rains.  With the proper attention and investment, this could well be an organic goldmine for the right person.
