Quality of land:  This land was once a farm for cattle and crops from 1902 to 1985. In 2014, we purchased and renovated the dilapidated farm and farmhouse. We would like the land to be used to raise live stocks and be farmed by passionate farmers . To bring the farm back to VT. Lime has been spread in the Fall 2017 on all pastures and are ready for hay. We have the soil tested and the soil reports ready. There is a pond with abundant underground springs near the farmhouse. There are several wells and water springs throughout the fields. Will build fences, water troughs/well, and barns per land lease contingency. We welcome all farming inspirations.
